Of course we want you to love your Hip Hostess product, but in the event you need to return or exchange your purchase please read our Return Policy below:

All items must be returned within 10 days of delivery date. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Simply contact us by e-mail at custcare@thehiphostess.com or by phone at 586-703-7202 (Business hours Mon-Fri 10AM-4PM EDT) with the reason for return and we will provide you with an RA#. Please include your Invoice Number and Item Description in your message. We will e-mail you with further return instructions. You must include RA# on package when shipping your return to the Hip Hostess.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If your purchase was made by credit card we will refund your credit card for items returned minus shipping and handling charges. If you paid by check we will send you a check for items returned minus shipping and handling charges.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges on returns. Please note that all packages being returned to The Hip Hostess should be insured as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items in transit.
